If you're burned out from all the election insanity, here are three ways to refuel your heart, mind and spirit:
1. Tune in!

2. Gain confidence in your virtual presence and influence
To keep you in the loop: My online course, “Virtual Influence,” is officially being piloted as we speak, and will be available for everyone before the end of the month. I can't wait to share it with you. Whether or not you have attended one of my “Confidence, Presence & Influence on Video” events, this will take you past the stage of “great ideas that you never get around to implementing,” and ensure that you take action and execute each step to see, hear, and feel the transformation you want to have more influence in the virtual world.
3. Raise the “Civility Standard” in conversation
As the ancient Chinese proverb says: “A Journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step.” If you want to make a real, positive difference in the country, let it begin with how you engage in each conversation, starting today.
Isaac Newton said that “tact is the ability to make a point without making an enemy.” If you discuss who you vote for with friends, colleagues or family, let's all commit to listening to the person's top concerns, and if we disagree, tactfully and respectfully disagreeing with the principles mentioned without attacking the person who said them.
Lastly, as a final PSA, if you haven't cast your vote in the general election, today is the day! Regardless of which buttons you push, be sure to vote and honor those who fought to ensure that you have the right to do so.
