Erica Dotson Bennett has 25+ years of experience in Human Resources and Leadership Development Consulting. She is employed as the Leadership and Executive Development Partner for Independence Blue Cross where she has responsibility for creating and delivering strategies that support the performance and professional development of the organization’s senior leaders.   She is also an Adjunct Instructor in Temple University’s College of Education in the Department of Policy, Organizational & Leadership Studies.
